Applications for the 2025 Rolls-Royce Apprenticeship Programme are now open. The scheme offers exceptional training and development opportunities as part of our renowned Future Talent Programme.
Apprentices can study for nationally recognised qualifications, ranging from Level 2 (GCSE equivalent) to Level 6 (undergraduate degree equivalent), tailored to their learning styles and career aspirations.
Opportunities are available for commercial, craft, and manufacturing roles, so applicants don’t necessarily need to be pursuing a STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) subject.
