We’ve been pleased to see our feathered friend, Frederick the pheasant, roaming the Home of Rolls-Royce recently. Named after our co-founder, Sir Frederick Henry Royce, this handsome bird has been spreading joy whilst visiting us during the sunny days of late.

The first ducklings of the year have been born at ‘Duckingham Palace’ – the floating platform topped with six-sided hut designed by our Apprentices to provide a safe place for birds to nest and rest.

Rolls-Royce Apprentices have designed and handmade a series of nest boxes for one of the UK’s most endangered mammals, the hazel dormouse.
