Every year, we welcome a new group of Apprentices to work and train alongside our skilled staff, and study for nationally recognised qualifications at local colleges – something we’ve done since 2006. 

WILDLIFE AT THE HOME OF ROLLS-ROYCE

The first ducklings of the year have been born at ‘Duckingham Palace’ – the floating platform topped with six-sided hut designed by our Apprentices to provide a safe place for birds to nest and rest.

THE ROLLS-ROYCE PHANTOM AT 100

Throughout 2025 Rolls-Royce Motor Cars is celebrating 100 years of its most famous nameplate – Phantom. To mark this auspicious milestone, every Rolls-Royce Phantom hand-crafted at the Home of Rolls-Royce this year will be completed with a centenary chassis plaque.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars welcomed Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal to the Home of Rolls-Royce at Goodwood for her first official visit, as part of the marque’s 120th anniversary celebrations.
